Field Book of Leadership - Lads To Leaders

The lessons in the Field Book are not meant to be an exhaustive study on these subjects. Your students will not be music majors after studying the song leading lessons, or perfect speakers after studying the speech lessons. The lessons only introduce simple concepts that should help guide them on the path to becoming skilled leaders. They provide your adult mentors with a base from which to start, and provide your students with the encouragement to build on the skills they are learning, so they can develop the skills necessary to excel in these areas.
