Author Information: Kevin Rachel is the Manager of Collective Bargaining and Arbitration for the United States Postal Service. Having previously served as a deacon, he is an elder at the Falls Church church of Christ in Falls Church, VA, where he is also very involved in the education ministry of the congregation.
